British Royal School

British Royal School is a school located in Chile, specifically in the commune of La Reina. It was founded in January 1986, with the aim of offering a comprehensive and innovative educational project based on four pillars: socio-emotional well-being, bilingualism with Cambridge certification, academic development and a robust sports program. With more than 36 years of experience, the BRS trains students from 2 years old (Tiny) to middle IV (17-18 years old), covering a universe of 1,517 students. <br /> BRS seeks not only to generate meaningful learning, but also to develop personal, social and cognitive skills. In that sense, classes are designed for effective learning, allowing students to grow and reach their full potential. Teacher training and well-being are also relevant. Teachers recognize a good work environment and a concern to improve themselves in new educational methodologies. Carmen is a lover of education. In her more than 20 years of experience, she has held different roles: professor, academic coordinator, deputy director, rector, strategic and executive director. By profession she is a teacher of history, geography and civic education. Something that distinguishes Carmen is her constant improvement. He completed a master's degree in management, planning and evaluation at the University of Alcalá, a Diploma in Management and Strategic Planning at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, he won the scholarship for directors of excellence and is constantly updating himself in Marketing and Educational Strategies at a commercial level.<br /> She has multiple educational projects under her experience, among which her role in the Cognita School Network stands out, managing to position herself as strategic director. In all their roles, the focus and center has always been the socio-emotional well-being of the students. He firmly believes that a happy, safe and secure child will give the most of his or her potential.<br /> Carmen not only has experience in cutting-edge pedagogical methodologies, but also in high standards of safeguarding, training in well-being and bilingualism, being the manager of different early year programs such as: fieldwork. In her free time, Carmen enjoys her family made up of her husband and daughter, her circle of friends, riding a motorcycle, which is her favorite hobby, and traveling, which she points out is the best nutrient for the soul and life.
