Ruchira is an education leader with a passion for unlocking every learner's potential. She serves as the Principal of Sancta Maria and is the former Regional Director, South Asia of Cambridge International board. Ruchira moved from a corporate education career to a school-based career to apply her learning from her Cambridge and British Council experiences to build world-class institutions that prepare students for life. <br /> Ruchira is dedicated to upholding educational excellence and ensuring every student enjoys a positive, enriching, and fulfilling experience throughout their school years. She has invaluable knowledge of the status of education in South Asia and a deep understanding of international education. <br /> In her personal time, Ruchira enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with family and travelling to different parts of the world!
