Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Chile and is a Religion teacher. She has complemented her academic background with a Master’s degree in Educational Quality Management from Universidad de los Andes and a Master’s degree in Family Educational Counseling from the Complutense University of Madrid. This academic preparation has allowed Sara to understand education from a broad, human-centred perspective, deeply connected to supporting each student and their family. Throughout her professional career, Sara has worked both in the classroom and in coordination and leadership roles within educational institutions. She has been part of private schools, universities, and the Society of Primary Education network, experiences that have enabled her to appreciate the richness and diversity of educational projects in the country. She firmly believes in building school environments where cordiality prevails and where teams and families are committed to a shared purpose. Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Agustinas represents an inspiring community to her, distinguished by the dedication of its teachers, the enthusiasm of its students, and the strong commitment of its families.
