Juanita Arias
Head of School
Juanita Arias brings over 30 years of transformative educational leadership, combining her experience as a mother and international educator. She has worked in national and international environments, standing out for her focus on pedagogical innovation, strategic leadership and building inclusive and multicultural school communities.
During her recent tenure as Head of School at Colegio La Colina (another ISP school), she drove significant improvements through collaborative work, empathetic leadership and the implementation of strategic improvement plans. A true believer in servant leadership, she promotes school cultures where students, families and staff feel valued.
Her knowledge of the ISP pillars and her experience with international families ideally positions her to continue promoting educational excellence with a global and human vision.
