Martin Shelley

Head of Secondary

Martin joined Tenby International School Setia EcoHill in September 2019 as the Head of Secondary and brings more than 18 years of teaching experience to his new position as Campus Principal. Throughout his career, he has taken on a varied range of leadership, management and developmental roles while demonstrating the ability to effectively coach and mentor staff, resulting in consistently improved student outcomes.<br /> Martin holds a BA in English and Philosophy as well as three other Postgraduate awards, he is currently pursuing an MA in Educational Leadership and Management.
