Teachers’ professional development

Our teachers have a huge impact on our students’ learning potential. By empowering our educators to lead impactful learning experiences inside the classroom, and supporting them to continuously master their skills, we also give ISP students the best learning experience.

To help our teachers progress, we offer a number of career development opportunities through the following initiatives:

Professional Learning programmes for aspiring school leaders and teacher specialists, such as learning coaches and rogramme coordinators.

Leadership professional development

Our range of Leadership for Learning programmes are designed to develop all levels of leadership; whether you’ve aspirations to become a leader for the first time, are new to leadership, are developing in the role or experienced in leadership. ISP’s leadership professional development includes;

All of ISP’s Leadership for Learning programmes have been accredited by the Continuing Professional Development Standards Office (CPDSO) in the UK.

The Learning Hub

The Learning Hub is an AI-driven professional development platform where all our employees can benefit from on-demand learning experiences, learning and developing together as part of a global community.

All the 120+ courses and resources available were are built and created in partnership with colleagues across the ISP group and industry experts, featuring real examples of amazing learning taking place inside an ISP classroom. They are designed to support the needs of every school across the ISP network.
